Explore Scotland through our bespoke circuits, designed by Fabienne and her team from Edinburgh. Each itinerary is crafted to reveal what makes the country unique: the wild Highlands and their lochs, the Isle of Skye and its rock formations, the urban culture of Edinburgh and Glasgow, and the whisky distilleries of Speyside. Whether you travel with family, as a couple, or with friends, our circuits adapt to your pace, the season, and your driving style (single-track roads require time). From a 10-day discovery circuit combining Edinburgh, Highlands and Skye to a grand 3-week journey including the Hebrides and Orkney, find the itinerary that suits you and travel with peace of mind with an English-speaking local agency.

How to choose your Scotland tour?
The ideal duration depends on which regions you want to combine. For a first visit, a 8 to 12-day tour allows you to cover Edinburgh, a central Highlands loop (Glen Coe, Loch Ness, Cairngorms) and the Isle of Skye without rushing. If you want to add the Outer Hebrides, the north-west coast via the North Coast 500 or the Orkney and Shetland archipelagos, plan for 13 to 17 days instead. Beyond that, we design three-week itineraries that allow time for remote islands. Local conditions mean an average real speed of 50 km/h in the Highlands: underestimating distances remains the most common mistake.
Different types of tours
Our cultural circuits focus on cities (Edinburgh, Glasgow, St Andrews), inhabited castles, Speyside distilleries and Neolithic sites in Orkney. Adventure itineraries include hiking in the Cairngorms or on Skye, sea kayaking in the Hebrides, and wild camping when weather permits, thanks to Scotland's Right to Roam. For family trips, we prioritize short distances, cottage accommodations, farm visits and outdoor activities suitable for children, with attention to midges and rain.
What is the best season?
From late May to mid-September, you benefit from the longest days (up to 18 hours of daylight in late June) and the mildest temperatures (15 to 20°C). May and June have the advantage of a lower risk of midges in the Highlands. July-August remains peak season with ferries and accommodations requiring advance booking. September offers autumn colors and fewer crowds. April and October remain viable for cities and the Lowlands. Winter (November to March) suits Edinburgh during festival season or a distillery stay, but many accommodations close on the islands.
Our quality commitment
Fabienne and the Scotland team in Edinburgh build each tour directly, with no intermediaries between you and our local partners (English-speaking driver-guides, carefully selected accommodations, tested restaurants). We are registered with Atout France and guaranteed by APST, which secures funds and provides coverage in case of unforeseen circumstances. During your stay, a local number remains available 24/7 for any practical questions: weather blocking a ferry, itinerary changes, last-minute recommendations. This on-the-ground presence makes a real difference with a local agency.
